| ROCKY MOUNTAIN HIGH Teva Mountain Games: In this hot brand of sporting event, the Colorado mountains and rivers of Vail are the arena for competitions in six sports and 12 disciplines. Over the course of four days, outdoor athletes from around the world compete in kayaking, rafting, adventure racing, rock climbing, mountain biking and trail running events. Jeep World of Adventure Sports takes us up the creek for the kayak competition with top kayaker Steve Fisher as he strives to claim the extreme creek-boating title. | MIAMI VICE-ROY OF BOATS Team Bacardi Silver and the SBI Series: Jeep World of Adventure Sports takes us on board some of the biggest, fastest offshore powerboats in the world. Featured is the million dollar Bacardi Silver super boat -- the 202 mph speed record holder -- with its 46-foot catamaran hull, F-16 jet canopy, and two 1,400 HP sterling supercharged V-8 engines. Owner/driver Dave Scott and throttle-man John Tomlinson reach top speeds as they compete in Florida's premier extreme power boating event, the Super Boat International offshore series. | EVERYDAY HEROES Mt. Hood Mountain Rescue: When things go wrong in the mountains, the rescue teams are often in as much danger as the people they're rescuing. Jeep World of Adventure Sports goes behind the scenes with the hard-core men and women of Oregon's Crag Rats, the oldest search and rescue group West of Mississippi, and the parajumpers of the 304th Rescue Squadron as they talk about 911 calls on Oregon's 11,239 foot Mt. Hood and the infamous 2002 helicopter crash. "It's important to remember that rescuers are athletes," says Jeff Pricher of the Crag Rats. | 1,000 FEET OF HELL Widowmaker Motocross Hill Climb: Affectionately known as "1,000 feet of hell," the Widowmaker hill climb race in Morgan, Utah pits rider and motorcycle against a 1,000 foot hill with a vertical rise of 560 feet, and angles reaching 59-degrees.
