The next episode will feature:
• Team Garmin/Slipstream Profile: By all accounts Team Garmin/Slipstream is one of the most exciting teams to watch in the in the world of cycling. In this episode WOAS goes behind the scenes with the team at the 2009 Tour de France
• TGR- Stevens Pass: After shooting all over the world for TGR's new movie Re:Session, the crew heads to Stevens Pass Washington for the final shoot of the season. The Stevens Pass park crew built the boys some massive kickers and a few unique jib features. With a stacked crew of athletes, including Tanner Hall, Wiley Miller, Sammy Carlson and Dylan Hood, and an award winning team of cinematographers to boys lock down the final shots they need for "Re:Session." TGR used the cutting edge RED Camera and a helicopter to get some of the most unique shots ever captured.
• The Oakley Pro Junior Global Challenge: The Oakley Pro Junior Global Challenge is a unique specialty series launched by Oakley in 2008 to give young surfers the opportunity to compete at some of the best surfing locales around the world. The finals, held on the wave rich island of Bali, Indonesia, brought together 18 of the world’s very best junior surfers to battle it out for $75,000 in prize money and unlimited bragging rights.
• Columbia Athlete: Kevin Quinn: Known as "Quinner" to those who know him best, Kevin is the owner and founder of Points North Heli-Adventures in Cordova, Alaska, in business now for 12 years. Kevin's company is now the standard for Alaskan heli-skiing and is arguably the most media recognized heli-ski operation in the world. Featured in the last nine consecutive Warren Miller films, both Kevin and Points North continue to be the standard of excellence. When Kevin is not running his heli-ski operation, he can be found in a number of different areas either in Squaw Valley, California where he is an ambassador and member of the free-ride team, or somewhere floating a remote river chasing huge fish, flying his airplane, jumping out of airplanes with his Columbia canopy, pedaling his mountain bike, or even exploring Antarctica.
• Red Bull Play Streets: The Play Streets is not your ordinary competition. Red Bull has once again managed to outdo itself by converting the steep, mountainous town of Bad Gastein, Austria into a slope style course. There are jumps, hips, road and crowd gaps, and even a rail on a house to play on (or wreck yourself on) as the athletes make their way through town. This is no picnic, veer off course and there are some major consequences that await you.
• Columbia Sportswear Pioneers: Extreme Unicyclist: Dan Heaton isn't a regular in the sports section. But he doesn't mind. His passion for off-road unicycling keeps him pedaling. And falling. And getting up. And pedaling some more.
